Licensing Online Cart

All the licenses that you added to your shopping cart are listed on this page. You can remove a single license or all the licenses from your shopping cart, and when you are ready to checkout, choose your delivery method, and verify your mailing address. Please double check to ensure that you have all the necessary licenses before you check out. If you do not have all the necessary licenses, you will need to return to the License Catalog to add them.

Online Cart

You can use the following options to remove licenses from your online cart:
  • Clear Cart - If you would like to remove all the licenses from your shopping cart, click on the Clear Cart button. All the licenses that you added are removed from the cart.
  • Remove from Cart - If you would like to remove a single license from your shopping cart, click on the 'X' button next to the license that you would like to remove. The license that you selected is removed from the cart.

Delivery & Verification

Please Note: Paper licenses will NOT be mailed by ODWC. To obtain a paper copy of your license,

  1. Print the license at no cost from the comfort of your own home
  2. Locate a dealer location that will print the license for the cost of $1.50

Follow the instructions below to select your delivery method and verify your mailing address:

  1. When you add a license to your cart that is eligible for U.S mail delivery (Example: Durable Hard Card), the site will automatically when the Delivery Method to ""Mail It To Me".
  2. To check out and pay for your licenses, click on the checkout button.
  3. A pop up will appear asking the user to verify their mailing address - please double check that the mailing address is correct before proceeding or edit the address as needed.
  4. Complete the check out - you will be brought to an order confirmation page and you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase to the email address listed on file.

Replacing Lost or Stolen Licenses

Paper License Replacement: A fishing or hunting license is required to be in your possession when you are engaged in the licensed activity. To replace a lost or stolen license, you may reprint it at anytime online at no cost, or visit a license dealer location to have it reprinted for a $1.50 fee.

Hard Card Replacement: A lost or stolen hard card can be replaced for $5 for annual and five-year licenses or for a lifetime license card.

Electronic Replacement You can download the ODWC Fish|Hunt App on Apple or Android smart phones or tablets to renew, purchase and store your licenses and permits, and this method does qualify as personal possession of your license. Simply search for GoOutdoorsOK in your app store to download it the Fish|Hunt App.
