 Details

Artists must enter the design contest through the Wildlife Department's online Go Outdoors Oklahoma customer management system; login or create your profile to enter the contest. You must register and pay the $20 entry fee. Your properly labeled artwork must be received at Wildlife Department headquarters by the entry due date. The winning artist will receive $1,200, and the winning artwork will adorn the Oklahoma Waterfowl Conservation Stamp for the next year's hunting season. The program generates funding for waterfowl conservation projects through the sale of stamps, many of which are purchased by collectors. The program has helped buy more than 11,500 wetland acres and enhance, create, restore and maintain thousands of additional acres of critical waterfowl habitat.
